Chocolate and coconut is always a winning combination in my baking book. These muffins combine the two with the flavor of almond to make an intriguing breakfast treat.

I may not be the biggest fan of plain pancakes, but doctored-up pancakes rank pretty high up there. Kevin of Closet Cooking made these drool-worthy banana pancakes with one of my favorite garnishes - pecans.
