I discovered Nutella in the last year or so, and now I am somewhat obsessed with it. Who knew chocolate and hazelnuts were such a perfect combination?

Inspired by Nutella, Linda of Make Life Sweeter created this tempting tart. I absolutely love her caramel-covered hazelnuts. Such a beautiful garnish.

This delicious looking bread comes to us from Shawnda of Confections of a Foodie Bride. She used a recipe adapted from Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day. We recently acquired that book, and Quinn has been making bread quite regularly. It really is impressive that you can make bread so easily.

Chocolate, Olive Oil, and Fleur de Sel Bocadillo

I have recently come to appreciate the joy that is the combination of salt and chocolate. This decadent salty chocolate snack comes from Aran of Cannelle et Vanille, who remembers fondly having these as a childhood treat.

While I’m not too keen on making yeast breads, this would be a perfect, quick thing to make with bakery bread.

Garlic Knots

Garlic Knots

Quinn loves New York pizza. Although I like it occasionally, I never get tired of garlic knots. We made our own a while back, but somehow we’ve not managed to make them again.

Nemmie of Cast Sugar made these knots. Don’t they look delicious? She says they didn’t last long after they came out of the oven, and I can understand why.
